5.-SHIPPING AND DEADLINES

Deliveries will take place on weekdays. Only deliveries will be accepted in private homes or offices located in any of the countries in which www.valenttia.com operates. No deliveries will be made in P.O. boxes.

The deadlines of delivery may be affected for reasons beyond the www.valenttia.com, not taking responsibility for the delay time.

6.-AVAILABILITY

Due to the exclusive nature of the service provided through this website, and since the creation of each shoe is done in a handcrafted way there is no stock of these. In any case, the holder agrees not to make available to its customers materials or components that are in stock, except computer error or any other imponderable situation. 7.-RETURNS

Refunds are not allowed as a handcrafted product and on request.
